Job Title: Telesales Operative (Fire Protection and Sprinkler Systems)

Responsibilities:
* Outbound Calls: Make proactive outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our fire protection and sprinkler solutions.
* Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads for our sales team.
* Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our fire suppression systems, sprinkler installations, and related services.
* Client Engagement: Build rapport with potential customers, answer their queries, and provide information about our offerings.
* Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous telesales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
* Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet targets.
* Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn about fire protection and sprinkler systems.
* Location Flexibility: Occasional travel between Maidstone and Manchester may be required.
