Established in 2005, Aura Heating offer heating solutions to customers in Dorset, Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey and Sussex. With experience in heating and plumbing that spans almost five decades, we’re the go-to supplier for those needing new gas boilers and air-source heat pumps.

With the forthcoming phase-out of gas boilers for newbuilds and increasing interest in heat pumps, we felt it was time to promote that we offer more than just gas solutions. Our Heating Engineers are MCS certified, meaning they can install air source heat pumps to the highest standards, delivering greener energy to homes and businesses across the South!

We are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our team to either install or repair domestic heating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Undertake the work in a positive, professional way.

* Manage your time effectively to meet the given deadline.

* Follow the relevant building and electrical regulations whilst following our health & safety policy.

* Order additional van stock materials.

* Participate in an Emergency Call Out Rota (Around every 1 in 8 weeks)

* Capture evidence of the installation for our reporting processes

* Raise and communicate relevant job information back to office via an electronic system.

* Advise customers on care options available for the relevant heating system in their property.

About You:

* 5 years preferred proven experience post qualifications.

* NVQ level 2 plumbing (or equivalent experience)

* WRAS water regulations qualification (or equivalent experience)

* Manufacturers individual knowledge/training

* Experience with central heating pipework and systems

* A want to further your knowledge and skillset.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Keen eye for attentions to detail
