My client is looking for a Compliance Audit and Training Manager on one of their Soft Services contracts in Yorkshire.
Compliance Audit and Training Manager

£180pd (inside IR35)
Temp to perm
You will:
- Be responsible for compiling training plans and delivering skills
- Ensure all staff are trained up to standard
- Make sure all auditable records are kept up to date
- Carry out internal audits
- Implement company policies
- Liaise with management regarding KPI tracking
- Deal with any client concerns
- Deliver toolbox talks
- Be flexible, proactive, have efficient time management, customer focused
Qualifications/skills needed:
- IOSH/NEBOSH
- Degree or equivalent
- Competent in Microsoft Office
