The Client
Our client is a beautifully bright space that welcomes diners from breakfast lunch and dinner. They served modern, fresh menus that celebrate quality, seasonality and flavour. The Bar Team have curated and exclusive wine and cocktail list to rival and top London eatery.
There are 2 restaurants- an indoor restaurant promoting a high level experience for every guests, and our Street Food outdoor restaurant, providing a laid back atmosphere, without compromising on quality or food or service.
The Role
We currently have a fantastic opportunity to recruit an Assistant Manager
to promote fantastic standards of professional food service to our guests.
Our clients opening hours are Sunday to Wednesday 9am to 6pm, Thursday to Saturday 9am to 12am, making them an ideal restaurant for a dedicated team member looking for a great work life balance.
They are an independent business with the opportunity to be flexible to the needs of their team.
Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager in this role you will be responsible for;
- Providing a warm and friendly front of house experience,
- Maintaining a clean and well-maintained restaurant
- Recommending and taking customer orders
- Working as a part of a multi experienced team
- Assisting with presenting food and drinks to tables
And much more.
Requirements:
This is highly visible position requires excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of urgency. As Assistant Manager we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of prior experience in food service management, who are accustomed to working in fast-paced environments, are attentive to detail and possess the ability to multi-task.
This position is ideal for a food service professional with a focus on working with people of various backgrounds, and interacting with a wide range of guests
