Job Title: Guest Services Assistant (Door Person)
Location: Ascot, United Kingdom
Salary: £32,795 + £3000 Service Charge.

Role Overview
 
As a Guest Services Assistant, you will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, responsible for providing warm, friendly, and attentive service to all guests. From check-in to check-out, you will ensure that every aspect of their stay is seamless and memorable.
 
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm welcome and assist with check-in procedures.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements as needed.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfil guest requests and preferences.
Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including the lobby and reception area.
Always uphold the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.  
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to exceed guest expectations.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of local attractions and amenities is an advantage. Benefits
