You will play a pivotal role within the HR team working under the Head of HR where you will be supported but also have every opportunity to be fully immersed in the business and put new ideas forward.

This HR Officer role is based in West Kent and offers Hybrid working

HR Officer Role and Responsibilities:

ER case management, absence management
Supporting on TUPE transfers
Advertise and manage job vacancies
Assist with Payroll Queries if the Payroll team are unavailable.
Confirmation of Earnings letters and references.
Forming and maintaining employee and candidate records
Reporting on HR metrics, such as company turnover, cost of recruitment
Support with designing and updating job descriptions
Update and control the Induction and training processes and compliance
Keeping abreast of Employment Law/Legislation changes

Your previous experience in HR, employee relations and HR administration will give you an excellent springboard to make a success of this HR Officer role.
