Are you a NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RMN with a passion for delivering the highest standards of care? We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Home Manager to lead the team at our client's specialist dementia nursing home, Berkeley Lodge.
This role offers an excellent annual salary of up to £70k, a performance-related bonus and the opportunity to work in a supportive and dedicated team. You'll also have access to your pay as you earn it, making financial management easier.
Our client is an established and successful, family-owned and managed care home company based in Worthing, West Sussex. They currently operate 9 homes across East and West Sussex, offering the highest standards of resident care, 24 hours a day, for both long and short-term stays.
As the Home Manager, you will:
Oversee the entire service at Berkeley Lodge, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
Work closely with your management team, providing strong leadership and inspiration.
Ensure clinical compliance and high-quality hospitality services.
Manage the business performance of the home.
Be responsible for quality monitoring and on-call duties due to the seniority of the role.Package and Benefits:

Be a NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RMN.
Have a background working as a CQC Registered Manager specialising in Nursing care / dementia.
Be a strong leader, able to motivate, lead and support both clinical and non-clinical staff.
Have a comprehensive knowledge and expertise of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a nursing home.
Be financially aware and able to manage and adhere to a budget.If you have experience or interest in roles such as Care Home Manager, Residential Home Manager, Nursing Home Manager, Senior Nurse Manager, or Clinical Services Manager, this Home Manager role could be the perfect fit for you.
