Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Brighton
Package: £60,000 - £62,000 plus car allowance and work from home
Skilled Careers are working with a leading Main Contractor who specialise within the Social Housing and Planned Maintenance experience.
Due to an increase in work load they are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor with Planned Maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
Preparation and timely submission and agreement of interim valuations.
Preparation and agreement of weekly applications and cash collection.
Measurement and agreement of subcontractor’s accounts.
Monitoring and control of costs/expenditure.
Attend subcontract pre-order meetings providing financial details and as advise as req’d
Preparation and agreement of Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR Process).
General correspondence on related matters
Cash flow analysis for client and internal monitoring.
Requirements
Must have Planned Maintenance experience.
Driver’s Licence.
Several years of surveying experience.
