Beaumont Sussex is a brand-new satellite provision of the main college campus, and based in the grounds of Ingfield Manor School, which is within West Sussex. 

About The Role
Senior Student Support Workers work directly with students, and develop the insight, skills and competencies to support students to thrive as young adults. All of our students have educational, health care plans (EHCP).
As a specialist post-16 college setting, we have a wide range of health professionals including nurses, occupational therapists, speech and language specialists, physiotherapists and eating and drinking specialists, along with an ethos to support and promote positive behaviours. Senior Student Support Workers work with teachers, tutors and health professionals to extend learning experiences.
At Beaumont Sussex, the role of the senior support worker is to lead on pastoral and care elements of the day, working collaboratively with our tutors to provide an enriched college experience. The goal is resilient graduates, who are confident as young adults and believe in themselves; they show this through reduced reliance on others and through self-advocacy.
