Commercial Gas Safe Engineer
Permanent - Full Time Employment - Mon-Fri
Brighton (travel involved)
Negotiable basic salary £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (doe) + Vehicle + Commission
The Client
Our client is a national, leading service provider that specializes in complete plumbing, heating and drainage services to a wide range of clients, managing mainly clients commercial properties for all plumbing and heating work - planned maintenance and all reactive issues. The company provides a quick and competitively priced response to their clients’ needs, typical clients including gymnasiums, restaurants, office blocks etc.... offering a service that is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days a year for all their client’s needs.
Main Duties of the Role
* Boiler servicing, repair, and breakdown
* Commercial property Gas work responsibilities
* Central heating servicing and repair
* CP12 - Landlord Safety checks
* Fault Finding
* Commercial plumbing duties at times
* On-call rota will be expected to share the work load with other engineers
* Ensure jobs are completed to specification and on time using client apps and software
* Deliver the high level of customer satisfaction customers have come to expect
Locations of work will be varied, you will be field service and will travel to arranged site locations daily, from home, so you must be open to and flexible to travel and have a good geographical knowledge. Our client has work in areas from Birmingham down to Brighton, so you MUST be flexile, willing and comfortable to travel.
Licenses or Certifications
* Excellent experience working within Commercial properties
* Commercial Gas Safe Registered - Essential
* Full UK driving license – no more than 6 penalty points
* Plumbing qualifications - or time served
