Solis has partnered with an award-winning agency on the lookout for a Senior Campaign Strategist to join their team in London.

Our client has a reputation for supporting and developing team members, providing training to help staff upskill and provide a range of perks including regular away days, well-being programs and additional leave.

They are partnering with clients across sectors including Education, Technology, B2B and Non-Profit, leveraging data and insights to create multi-channel campaigns that elevate and enhance brands with a strategic eye for the future.

The Role

The Senior Strategist will be responsible for working on end-to-end campaigns, from initial research and unlocking audience insights, formulating campaign and brand strategist to briefing in creatives and external agency partners.

The role will involve working on integrated campaigns, building strategies across Social Media, CRM, Web, OOH, Print and more.

Day to day duties will be varied, but will cover:

* Understanding clients goals and objectives, gathering key insights and translating data into creative brand strategies and briefing in creative teams / external agency partners.

* Delivering strategic client work, including facilitating workshops, writing and presenting research and planning decks.

* Interpretation and interrogation of client briefs to uncover what clients “want” to achieve and creating multichannel/integrated proposals.

* Using research tools to gather insight, turning this into useful, meaningful knowledge for clients and the wider team. Also working with research partners on bespoke projects (qualitative and quantitative research).

* Using research and insights to understand target audience’s tastes and behaviours, and utilising insights to craft and present a compelling narrative or story.

* Translate insights into clear and engaging briefs and propositions

* Developing clear creative briefs, articulating the strategy to creative and delivery teams.

* Working closely with the Strategy Director and collaborate across internal teams (Strategy, Client Partnerships and Creative departments).

The Skills and Experience Required

To be successful in your application you have gained at least 4+ years working across brand strategy, campaign planning and insights within an agency / consultancy environment. You will be comfortable at presenting creative and compelling concepts to an array of client stakeholders and with a sound rationale of how it will help clients reach their audiences.

You will have/be:

* Working as a Senior Strategist, or an experienced Strategist ready to take a step up. Experience in Higher Education clients is a big plus (although not essential) or FinTech would be beneficial, but again, not essential.

* Experience in research, data analysis and statistical analysis, deciphering key findings to create a robust strategy and translate insights into a story that can influence and drive change.

* Experience in briefing Creatives and External Agency partners, helping to develop processes to ensure Strategy is clearly communicated.

* Understand the campaign process and the requirements that come with it, while also appreciating its role within broader brand building.

* Are an expert in synthesising broad and deep levels of information into critical and concise insight, to guide strategy development that will appeal to audiences.

* Can demonstrate high levels of proficiency in creating compelling and inspiring narratives, to present our strategic rigour in its most powerful form.

* Confident in communicating and effectively presenting strategic outputs to clients, across seniority levels and departments.

* Experience in pitching and new business proposals.

* Experience working across a variety of online and offline campaigns, understanding the different nuances and tailoring approach to suit client.

The Package

* The role offers a salary between £50,000 - £55,000 and offers a host of perks including:
