Position: We are hiring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a drywall company to contribute to our successful projects.

* Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Manage project costs, prepare estimates, and ensure financial control.
* Procurement: Coordinate material purchases and subcontractor agreements.
* Contract Administration: Oversee contract terms, variations, and compliance.
* Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate project risks.
* Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
* Concept to Completion: Be part of transforming office spaces from concept to reality.
* Diverse Sectors: Operate in legal, finance, media, tech, and retail.
