Job title: Senior Estimator

Salary: £75,000- £85,000 +package

Senior Estimator roles & responsibilities:
- Managing the tender from receipt, through to submission and post tender queries.
- Producing Bills of Quantities for production and obtaining material quotes.
- Evaluating returned quotations from supply chain and liaising with supply chain members to bring quotations in line with the project specification requirements.
- Preparing and evaluating risk and opportunity.
- Arranging and preparing commercial documents for Tender Handover meetings.
Senior Estimator experience required:
- Minimum 6 years Estimating experience.
- Project experience- Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use and Hotels.
- Degree educated or similar.
- Excellent IT / reporting skills.
