Quantity Surveyor
* To work on superior basement/RC projects for a leader in the field of basement/RC construction. Quantity Surveying background, 4-6 years’ experience in substantial below ground construction projects.

* A contractor delivering high quality finishes on complex and challenging schemes. Working closely with the Design team, Engineers, and Architects to interpret the clients wishes and specifications. The contractor is recognised as being one of the best to work for having high quality projects to work on and a good flow of work ahead. Primarily in the private sector with some commercial schemes. Over 25 years’ experience in providing outstanding solutions to complex projects.

Experience in both pre-construction and construction related areas will be relevant. The opportunity
* An experienced Quantity Surveyor with Basement, Groundworks, RC or Civil engineering subcontractor background. The role will involve pre-construction work as well as live project commercial management duties. Reporting directly to the Commercial director you will be responsible for a mixture of new and ongoing projects in and around London and the Home Counties. Individual projects range from £2m to £12m.
Salary and benefits.
* This is a permanent position, though a self-employed/CIS option may be available. The £95 - £110k salary plus bonus, car / allowance and other benefits is negotiable based on relevant experience.
About you
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying. Minimum of 4-6 years’ relevant experience in Basements, Groundworks, RC or Civil Engineering, preferably in the London market. Confident in dealing with clients, contractors, and the site team with a good command of oral and written English, plus good commercial and IT skills. Proof of qualifications and recent work references will be required. Great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated to work with a strong and growing contractor
