We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Senior Capital Project Manager to join our team in Haringey.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the delivery of major capital projects from inception to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring milestones are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards and policies.
Prepare and present detailed reports, updates, and proposals to senior management and council members.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to project delivery.
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within project teams.Requirements:

Extensive experience in project management, particularly in delivering large-scale capital projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) and a degree in a related field.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing large project budgets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Knowledge of public sector processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
