I am working with a large privately owned contractor that specialises in fit-out, maintenance and refurbishments across a variety of sectors.
The company has recently won a contract refurbishing offices across the UK on nightshifts, and are looking for manager to manage the project in Hyde, with more local work very likely on the same contract.
This project is a Department for Work and Pensions office refurbishment lasting for 12 weeks.
The Role
They are looking for an experienced site manager to manage the day-to-day and smooth running of the project, whilst reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.
4-Days Per Week, Mon-Thurs
Suitable candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness qualified.
