Bored of your routine maintenance roles?
If you need a change this summer, here's what you need to know
You'll be working with a London-based Housing Association who are looking for a Surveyor to act as a lead on land/property related matters, such as:
* Leaseholder/Tenant Alterations
* Boundary disputes
* Planning breaches
* Party Wall
* Negotiations for lease renewals
You'll be on an hourly rate of £40 - £42 per hour and you'll be allowed a 50/50 split of homeworking when you need to do any report writing.
This will be an initial 3-6 month contract, which will be extended if everyone's happy.
