We have teamed up with an Award Winning FM service provider who are on hunt for an Senior Electrical Engineer to maintain 3 sites that are located in the West End.
You will be maintaining one of their most prestigious commecial buildings for a multi million pound media contract.
Senior Electrical Engineer | West London (Central) | Salary up to £48,000 +

Your Role
* Support both the trade team and sub-contractors, to ensure all work is carried out to contract specification and client satisfaction
* Allocate reactive/PPM tasks and ensure work is completed in line with the performance monitoring system
* Plan and organising of work for both direct and contract labour to ensure cost and time targets are met
* Assist in ordering materials and services, maintain records, control stock, estimates, site measurements and cost control info
* Carry out AP/RP duties
To be successful you will need to hold a valid UK driver’s licence, NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition and have a significant amount of experience within commercial maintenance. City & Guilds 2391 is desired but not essential.
