Red Recruitment is recruiting a Branch Relationship Manager in Uxbridge to join our client, a specialist insurance provider who has over 40 years of experience helping people secure motor insurance across the UK. The salary for this position is £27,000 per annum and also has a £4,000 bonus.

To be considered for this role you must have a full UK driving license and access to a car.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Regular Employment EngagementKey Responsibilities of a Branch Relationship Manager:

Playing a key role in driving the office's commercial success and supporting the leadership of the dynamic branch teams
Being responsible for providing information on both product suites and services to B2B and B2C audiences
Practicing TCF principles by ensuring process adherence within remit, evidenced by audits, error reporting, due diligence checks, process guides and competency assessment
Reporting on performance in line with business expectations
Meeting and exceeding team and departmental key performance indicators and budgetary requirementsKey Skills and Experience of a Branch Relationship Manager:

Commercial Insurance experience is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and insurance agents
Proficiency in identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into clients through persuasive selling techniques
The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
