Job title: Clinic Manager - Registered Nurse (Band 8a)
Salary: £50,000 - £56K
Location: Central, South London
Type of role: Full Time, Permanent 40 hours per week (including some evenings and weekends)

Role of Clinical Nurse Manager
As the Clinic Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing visible, accessible, and strong clinical leadership. You will lead service and quality improvement programmes and support the operational management of the clinic. Including:
* Ensuring efficient and effective use of resources and the development
* Maintaining the highest standards of patient care and service delivery.
* Accountable to: Clinic Manager
* Direct Reports: Clinical team - RNs, RNA, HCA's, AHPs, Administration and Reception team
Responsibilities of the Clinic Nurse Manager:
* Work in partnership with the Senior Clinical team to ensure the delivery of quality care, holding individuals and teams to account for performance against key indicators.
* Act as a clinical expert within your sphere of work
* Have a visible presence in clinic areas, including undertaking direct clinical care.
* Manage and supervise staff, both registered and unregistered, clinical, and non-clinical in the delivery of patient care.
* Handle concerns raised by patients, visitors and staff.
Skills and Experience required for this Clinic Nurse Manager post:
* Degree level Education as Registered Nurse,
* NMC registration,
* ALS or ILS, Teaching & Assessing Qualification,
* MSc
* Management experience, Knowledge of managing staff/ shift leader/ managing departments
* Service Improvement
* Project Management
* Budget management
* Business and Service Development
* Excellent clinical leadership skills,
* Interpersonal and influencing skills
* Venepuncture & cannulation skills
* Ideally experience working at Band: 8a level
