Multi-site F&B Manager - Vibrant Student Union - Southeast London - £35k
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Outlet Food & Beverage Venue Manager to lead our clients teams and oversee the operations of our diverse dining and late-night venue establishments.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and H&S standards.
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, increase profitability, and enhance the overall guest experience.
Hire, train, and supervise a team of talented staff members, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
Create and maintain budgets, monitor expenses, and optimise financial performance through effective cost-control measures.
Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and products, negotiating favourable terms and managing inventory levels.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements.
Foster a positive work environment based on teamwork, communication, and mutual respect.Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities.
Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, menu development, and cost control.
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
