As Senior Breakfast Chef, you will ensure the quality and presentation of the food served from the Kitchen is of the highest standard at all times. You will work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure a smooth running daily kitchen operation, maintaining and enhancing service to the guests and to maximise profit at all times. You will also work to ensure that all areas of the hotel are working to the highest food safety levels at all times.

You will be a team player and where required e flexible and adaptable to support in our kitchen areas as the business needs dictates.
