Provide guidance on performance, and employee relations.
Lead recruitment, retention, and diversity initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Lead related projects Qualifications:
CIPD Level 5 and above
Extensive HR experience, preferably in strategic HR management.
Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
