Thorn Baker is currently working with an established facilities management business to source for a Business Development Manager. (This is a full-time, hybrid position).

They are offering up to £40k PA DOE with a company car and uncapped commission.

The Role;

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities;

Building and maintaining client relationships and creating customised service solutions based on client needs.
Finding, chasing and converting both cold and warm leads
Growing and developing key accounts
Hitting KPI and revenue targets
Presenting to prospective clients with support from the bids team
Tracking competitors and cross-selling to potential clients

The Person;

Our client would like to see a background of sales/account management and growth or business development
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Knowledge of the cleaning and support services industry is preferable but not essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Self-motivated and target-driven
