Customer Support Advisor

Pertemps Milton Keynes branch are currently recruiting experienced Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Milton Keynes for a temporary 12 week contract with an immediate start date.
 
Weekdays Only                      Temporary                  £14.41ph
 
The Role
Working as part of an inbound customer service team, your role will be to provide effective solutions to enquiries, complaints and problems received from customers.
You will be liaising with various departments to locate delayed items and facilitate their prompt delivery.  Updating customers and systems at all stages.

Your role will include:
On a day-to-day basis deal with enquiries.
Liaise with i.t development team, BDM’s, account managers/contract managers and other teams/dept’s inc Billings.
Meet agreed targets for completion of work in CRM.
To ensure effective use of available resources by organising and monitoring workload.
To use in house systems to answer & send traces including updating with information received.
To ensure customers receive regular updates.
To assist other team members and other teams when required.

Shifts: Monday - Friday
Hours: (Apply online only) (flexibility is essential)
Pay: £14.41ph

Successful applicants
Coming from a customer service background, you will possess excellent communication skills, able to communicate at all levels.
You will hold strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to accept responsibility.
You will be a flexible team player with the ability to work both as part of a team and independantly.  
You will have previous proven experience within a customer service role, and possess the ability to deal with difficult customers and situtions.
Due to the nature of systems involvement, you will have excellent IT skills, vapable of using most computer systyems with minimal training and ease.
