Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager on behalf of our client based in Luton, Beds.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years managerial and staff management experience in manufacturing gained in a similar role.
You will also have experience in setting up all processes within a warehouse.
Essential Requirements:
At least 3 years management/staff management experience in a similar role
Fork lift (reach truck) licence is ideal
Experience in handling electrical components preferred but not essential
Import/export experience preferred but not essential
Flexible and adaptable team player
The Role to include:
Supporting the warehouse team to manage specific functions such as picking/packing
Working with team hands-on and assisting as required
Supervising and processing all customer orders
Maintaining stock
Train and develop staff
Resolve customer queries
All other management duties as required
Hours will be 8.30 am to 5 pm working across Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shift, so flexibility is required.
Salary: Up to £45000 pa + benefits
