Administrator with SharePoint Experience!
The Role:
We are looking for an Administrator to work with one of the UK’s leading property services companies.
This Administrator must be motivated and computer literate with experience of SharePoint.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and organise project documentation using SharePoint.
* Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
* Maintain accurate records of schedules.
* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project updates.
* Handle general office duties, including correspondence, scheduling meetings, and supporting management on site.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an administrator in the construction industry.
* Proficiency in SharePoint or alternative document management systems.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
