Job Overview:
As a Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects across our operational regions. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ranging from £1 million to £12 million in value.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure project success.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.How to apply
