About Us: Our client is a leading provider of maintenance services in the heritage sector.
Position Overview:
Our client is currently seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Operative/ Multi Trader/ Fabric Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a variety of maintenance tasks across site in Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated technician to further develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform fabric repairs and maintenance as needed.
Carry out reactive tasks as required.
Liaise with admin and client where needed.
Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) tasks.
Daily completion of paper work to attribute working hours and tasks.
Carry out other reasonable works requested by management.
Requirements:
Prior experience in heritage maintenance
Trade background/ qualified, ideally Carpentry or Decoration
Driving License
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
