Outsourcing Director

Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with a Top 10 Accountancy firm who are looking for an Outsourcing Director to join their growing team in Hampshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Manager/Director who is looking for a clear career path to Partner level.

The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Managing Partner and will be responsible for the management of the Outsourcing department.

Key Responsibilities:-

Mange a varied client portfolio.
Advise clients to ensure their business needs are fully met.
Be fully involved in business development gaining new opportunities for other departments in the Group.
Responsible for people management of the department, including training, mentoring and career development.
Complete own chargeable time budget as well as your teams.
Responsible for the success of the overall department, while managing client relationships, winning work and developing your team.Key Requirements:-

ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualified
Proven track record at a senior level and the ability to manage a large portfolio of clients, whilst leading a team
Analyse complex business situations to give the best advice to clients.
Excellent communicator
Highly organised and can prioritise work as per needs of the client and business.
Willingness to get involved in business development and networking events.
Work Hours: 37.5 Hours per week.
