Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of the construction site, ensuring the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.

* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective project execution.

* Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, taking responsibility for site safety management.

* Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control measures.

* Lead and motivate the on-site team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements:

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is mandatory.

* Extensive experience in managing high-end residential construction projects.

* Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
