We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Site Manager to oversee a 15-week fit-out project in central Southampton. This exciting opportunity involves managing a team as Site Manager working on refurbishing existing amenities in central Southampton, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a team of up to 14 trades and labour staff as Site Manager
Ensure project is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as Site Manager
Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues promptlyRequirements:
Proven experience in fit-out projects is essential
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
Asbestos Awareness Certification
Fire Warden Certification
