You will be working for an established Facilities Management company who offer excellent career progression and development.
The Role:
As a Mobile Fabric Engineer you will be covering the postcodes SO, PO and SP. You will be responsible for all the building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating within the commercial sector. Furthermore, you will be working to high levels of Health and Safety, ensuring regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part or the preventative maintenance programme.
As the Mobile Fabric Engineer you will be representing the company and will be required to answer questions, reporting defects and keeping the client informed of site activities.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Clean Driving License
- Qualified to either Level two or three City and Guilds/ NVQ
- Background in Facilities Management
