The Job Role
* Head Chef within a superb branded high-end restaurant group.
* A fast paced kitchen within a recently refurbished property
* A 7 day operation, working 5 days out of 7
* A Head Chef leading a brigade of up to 15 chefs
The Requirements
* A strong Head Chef with an exceptional hotel, gastro pub and/or restaurant backgroun
* A passionate foodie who also has the ability to produce a healthy G
* A self-starter who relishes staff developmen
* A Head Chef who has experience within fast paced kitchen environments
