Job Description:
* Oversee and manage multiple projects in various sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, and residential.
* Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines to ensure adherence to client expectations.
* Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Coordinate and manage project resources, ensuring efficient utilization and allocation.
* Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
* Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on all project sites.
* Manage project risks and proactively identify and address potential issues.
* Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
