About Us: At Buildforce, we pride ourselves on working with high-quality, innovative construction contractors across the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a dynamic team for an exciting multiroom scheme in Bristol.

Duration: Scheme completes mid 2026

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Site Manager to oversee a multiroom scheme in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have previous experience on managing similar schemes (PRS Apartments) from inception to completion and be a well rounded manager with knowledge in the ground through to finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Management: Oversee and manage the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to the project timeline and budget.

* Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the on-site team, including subcontractors and suppliers, to achieve project goals.

* Quality Control: Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

* Health & Safety: Implement and maintain robust health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel.

* Client Liaison: Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

* Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

* Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in site management, with a focus on multiroom schemes or similar large-scale projects.

* Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

* Certifications: Relevant certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.

* Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

* Knowledge: Thorough understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
