Job Title: Cladding Site Manager
Location: Bristol (with flexibility for Midlands-based projects)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Cladding Site Manager to oversee rainscreen cladding and curtain wall projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient execution of our projects.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of cladding projects, including rainscreen cladding and curtain walling.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain project schedules.
* Liaise with clients and provide regular updates on project status.
* Travel to Midlands-based sites as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing cladding projects, specifically rainscreen cladding and curtain walling.
* Strong understanding of external façade and cladding systems.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate project teams.
* Valid driving license.
Qualifications:
* Relevant construction management qualifications preferred
