What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in STEM recruitment, either contract or permanent, with a solid understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
A proven track record in business development, including the ability to identify, develop, and expand client relationships.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
A strategic thinker with a proactive and ambitious approach to achieving success.
The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities and a collaborative spirit.
