What you’ll be doing…
* Management of the reception desk and keeping retailers up to date with proposed marketing and advertising plans.
* Lead the customer service team and plan/drive initiatives
* Deliver high levels of customer service to visitors and retailers at all times.
* Liaise with tenants and collect data about sales and events.
