Kinetic Recruitment are looking to recruit a Process Manager to work for a leading family owned, sheet metal fabrication company, based within the Deeside area.
THIS IS A PERMANENT POSITION WITH AN IMMEDIATE START.

The main tasks involved in this role will be:
* Build relationships & work with machine operators.
* Helping machine operators to be able to produce more efficiently.
* Review current SOPs and look to develop them further.
* Assist on the shopfloor, if required.
* Hold daily production meetings to allocate jobs.
* Liase daily with managing director & head office.
* Liase closely with factory production, technical & stock supervisors.
* Understand workflows and optimise processes.
* Be responsible for managing health & safety requirements.
* Undertake QA checks throughout the day.
* Send monthly hours for wages to head office.
* Organise & schedule machine maintenance, including adhoc repairs, where required.
* Ensure factory is kept clean, organised and tidy.
* Be proficient in Microsoft office, including Excel.
* You will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus scheme.
* On-the-job training will be given to the right candidate.
You will also need to have:
* Minimum of 10 years of on-the-job experience.
* Drivers license required.
* Fork-lift license preferred but not essential.
* Site-card preferred but not essential.
* Work alone or as part of a team.
* A great eye for detail.
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Keen and positive attitude.
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday | 48 hours per week, included paid breaks.
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000.
