Job Description
* Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost forecasting
* Review and analyze project plans and specifications
* Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for estimating
* Maintain and update a comprehensive cost database
Key Skills and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
* Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
* Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
