Are you an experienced HR Manager used to implementing new systems within large scale organisations? Seeking a full-time, permanent position within systems/project management? Do you class yourself as a Softworks guru?

Hooray are proud to be supporting a specialist provider of care services in Cardiff to assist in the recruitment for a HR Project Manager to assist in the implementation of a new a workforce management software to join their team on a full-time permanent basis! This role can be within either Cardiff or Gloucester!

As a HR Project Manager, you will:
Project manage the implementation of Softworks
Maintain other HR systems
Manage internal administration systems in relation to annual leave and pay uplifts
Diagnose and address complex system delivery issues
Deliver the projects to timelines and on budget
To be successful as a HR Project Manager, you will:
Have previous experience of workforce management system and procedures (preferably Softworks)
Hold a strong understanding of HR processes and practices
Be able to creatively solve problems
Maintain a calm approach and be flexible to the demands of the role
Holding a relevant project management qualification (Prince2 or HR Qualification) would be advantageous
In return my client are offering a salary up to £55,000 per annum. Please note, this is a full-time permanent position and can be based within either Cardiff or Gloucester.
