I am seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive growth in the electronics manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of electronics manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
You:
3 years experience in sales management within a manufacturing industry.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Package:
Circa £50k basic salary plus bonuses
