Timber Frame Assembly Operative (Experienced)
Location: Hereford, HR4 7PU
Hourly Rate: Competitive – Based on knowledge and experience.
Contract: Full time (45hrs per week) Permanent

Join our Production Team and play a crucial role in the construction and assembly of our bespoke timber frame structures, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship are maintained.
We are now seeking a skilled and experienced Timber Frame Assembly Operative to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble timber frame structures according to detailed plans and specifications.
* Use a variety of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit timber components.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
* Ensure all work meets company quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
* Perform quality checks and make adjustments as necessary.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Timber Frame Assembly Operative – What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in timber frame assembly, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
* Excellent knowledge of timber properties and woodworking techniques.
* Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including saws, chisels, and drills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* A valid driver’s license is preferred.
