We are currently seeking a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse to join a dynamic and nurturing nursery team in the Swansea area. Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records
Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
Adhere to all nursery policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
Proven experience working in a nursery or early years settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
