Vision for Education - Cardiff is seeking dedicated and passionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teachers to join our team, working in SEN Schools and Pupil Referral Units (PRU) across Swansea. About the Role:

As an SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse needs, including those with autism, ADHD, and emotional and behavioral difficulties. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create a nurturing and inclusive environment, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to the abilities and needs of all students.
Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing feedback to students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with teaching assistants, support staff, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
Employ innovative teaching strategies to inspire and motivate students.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with children with SEN in a school or PRU setting.
Strong understanding of SEN best practices and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to teaching.
