Senior Life Insurance Advisor

Brook Street are working with a highly reputable Insurance Broker based in Swansea. They're looking to employ an experience Senior Life Insurance Advisor to join their experienced team. This role is a full time opportunity with an attractive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Engage with prequalified leads to discuss Life Insurance requirement's.
No cold calling involved.
Conduct thorough fact-finding over the telephone, taking a consultative approach to understand policy needs.
Provide expert advice on regulated Life Insurance products.
Convert leads into sales while meeting monthly KPIs.
Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling products to generate business and increase profitability.
Deliver exceptional customer service and provide a valued service to clients.
Perform minimal administrative duties, supported by a dedicated administrative team.
Ensure compliance with FCA rules and regulations, maintaining a high standard of compliance.Requirements:

Proven experience in a contact centre or sales environment.
Experience in the insurance industry, preferably within protection products.
Sales experience with a proven track record in a target-oriented environment.
Exceptional verbal communication and customer service skills.
Strong drive and tenacity to meet and exceed targets, with a hunger for bonuses.
Well-organised and able to work effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment.
CII qualification or other insurance-related qualifications (desired but not essential).Benefits:
