Business Development Manager - Drinks Manufacturing

Location: Fully Remote / Field Based

Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 + company car, pension and healthcare

Role Overview: Are you a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a passion for delivering top class service to the drinks industry? We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with experience selling into drinks manufacturers to join our team in a home-based role with regular travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead sales and account development activities, ensuring targeted revenue growth through direct client contact and strategic campaigns.

* Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales & Account Management, technical experts, and team leads to manage key and development accounts.

* Maintain detailed records of client engagements using CRM and management reporting tools.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven track record in account management and sales, ideally within a consultative technical sales environment in the drinks industry.

* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to prioritize activities to achieve revenue targets.

* Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

* Experience in selling into drinks manufacturers with a good understanding of the process.

* Degree in science or technology, or equivalent professional experience.

* Full, clean driving license.
