* Working on residential projects
* Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and external consultants
* Execute technical and detailing skills to a high standard using auotCAD
Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Requirements
* Living in or around the Leamington Spa
* Good knowledge of AutoCAD
* Experience within residential
* Minimum 5 years practical experience (essential)
* Excellent creativity and technical capabilities
* Enthusiastic person
* Strong ability to work well in a team, as well as
