About the Role:**
On behalf of our client, a prestigious commercial contractor, TM Green Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 3-week holiday cover assignment in Leamington Spa. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading contractor renowned for their high-quality projects and commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and specifications.
- Maintain stringent health and safety standards, providing a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments, addressing issues promptly.
- Keep accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork.

**Candidate Requirements:**
- Proven experience with leading commercial contractors.
- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- First Aid certification.
- Proficiency in Working From Heights and Manual Handling.
- Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
- Fire Marshal training and certification.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
